I want to participate for a opensource game in OpenGL (JWJGL or other) specialy 3D Engine and/or game play (quest, craft, mechanics ...)

Not if you're OK with doing a little tweaking to make it work, the Eclipse side of the house is getting nicer (and you could help maker it nicer yet with feedback / tips & tricks!), but IntelliJ is still the most supported IDE :)
