Backlogged Auto-Climb Blocks

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I was thinking that the ability to walk up one-block steps would be an improvement. Since you can jump up two blocks, your character should automatically step up one-block rises without having to jump, like Terraria.

We kinda-sorta had something similar earlier, although it involved jumping. If you could jump high enough you could "grab on" to a higher block and climb on top of it. There was some technical issue with it though and it was taken out.

It might be a decision best left to authors of gameplay templates (along with other height-type settings), but we should probably support the option to. Will add to backlog
