Archived Item tooltip on tool changing #1514

Hi! I check the issues list that your game had and I want to contibute. I am doing this issue https://github.com/MovingBlocks/Terasology/issues/1514. In my request I depare with this instruction: "private InteractionRegion topMouseOverRegion;" on CanvasImpl.
I want to know what is "InteractionRegion" because I don't know where you gonna get the tooltip. Can you jelp me?
