I've fleshed out some sections on the http://wiki.movingblocks.net/Blockmania/MajorConcepts a bit more real quick while at work. Different focus in this thread vs the workshop / blueprint thread for a ways back. Any questions let me know - will poke at it more later

Bump - added some more info in the wiki on Portals, this time getting far more technical. Has a super fancy world architecture diagram I just made in MS Paint that might help visualize my thoughts

Love the portal concept! And best of all... Sounds very doable and easily extendable!
