Suggested Multiple actions bound to one key

Unless I'm missing something obvious, there doesn't seem to be a way to bind more than one action to one key. From my experience, not being able to do so ends up being problematic somewhere down the line when modding is involved. There's also the fact that I personally prefer having the Use Target and Use Held Item actions bound to right click because I'm more used to that than having them separate.

I think it'd be a good idea to remove the one-action-per-key restriction currently in place.
