Request Names!

Hey there,

I was wondering if somebody could google/compile/write a collections of names and attributes.
Currently, lists exist for

Elven: first names, last names
Dwarfs: first names
Noble attributes: few entries ("Noble", "Wise", "Honorable", "Respected", "Sincere")

Nice to have would be

Dwarfs: last names
English: consisted lists of first names (male and female) and last names
Evil Attributes: notorious, cruel, etc..
Body parts: skull, bone, limb
Evil names: crusher, breaker, destroyer, etc
Nobilities: Duke, Lord,
Other name attributes: silly, clumsy, chatty

Using this data, we could derive names like:

Clumsy Ahelis
Hagbard the Notorious Bonecrusher

Of course, other lists are welcome, too!

Have you seen the list in Miniions:/assets/prefabs/namelist.prefab?

I'm not an etymologist, nor do I speak German, but I think it's a list of Germanic names, along with meanings.

There are several nice lists out there for old Germanic/Celtic/... names, not sure if you can find easy lists for titles/attributes as well.

Yes, if we're collecting lists of names, we might need to be careful about the source.

A list of names should be fair game to use so long as no creative input was used to create the initial list.

Ie, a list of the top 100 names of X is probably not something we should grab, but a list of 100 random names is probably fine so long as the person didn't make them up themselves.

Thanks for the effort, metouto - the list you mentioned seemed to compose names based on two word: Shadow/Fire/etc. + Moon/Sorrow/etc.
I'm sure we can create such lists ourselves. A job for native speakers, I guess
