Archived saving terasology settings

hello,
i downloaded terasology and it worked fine so far but everytime i quit and restart terasology, the settings are reseted. Has anyone got an idea how to fix that?

OS? What settings exactly? From where do you launch the game, and could you attach the log file from /logs ?
