Resolved Shader 'blur' failed to compile.

Where ever I execute the game, title pops up and the game goes non-responsive. All I see is a window with black screen.

Hi pugzy and thanks for the report!

Is that the latest develop build and all the logging you got? Usually there's more stuff logged, like a per-shader note.

It could relate to https://github.com/MovingBlocks/Terasology/issues/455 which also has a screenshot of an error - is that by chance the one you get? Although the symptoms sound different.

Does the error happen on loading the game, or loading a world?

You can try to disable blur in the graphic settings or if you can't get to that look for "config.cfg" and disable it there, like so:

"blurIntensity": 0,

If that doesn't fix it you can try toggling off some of the other options and see if that changes anything :)

begla can hopefully figure out the blur issue we know about soon, he has just been a bit busy again lately

We just fixed a blur shader error yesterday. Can you try again with the latest build ?
