Yeah unfortunately the error there tells it pretty straight - your GPU (video card) isn't new enough to support some of the fancy graphic features Terasology currently uses

It is possible a video card driver update might help, but that's not a guarantee. Most newer cards (last few years) will support Terasology fine even if they've never had their drivers updated.

If you need a hand finding the latest driver let us know what your computer specifications are - do you use Windows? Try to find the video card name (device manager in Windows)

Some of the new drivers doesn't have OpenGL. I made my minecraft playable by downgrading my drivers.
