Here another try...

I tried to make it look like paper with the letters as holes... Maybe you see the "opposite" 3d-effect, wich might not look very good. ^^ The blurry "i" was my try to make it jitter. It looked kinda strange without that outline, because of the different color. :-/

Hmm I dont really know... They seem too exaggerated to me :confused: I don't see them really fitting into the idyllic (and maybe ancient) world of Terasology. They would maybe fit into an apocalyptic ruin of a big city or so. But it's just my opinion...

About the sheep... Don't we also need a sheared sheep model?

I could image those as "creeper". crawling on the floor and exploding, when you don't even see them ^^ Kinda of like this but only with 2 legs/arms. Or did you intend to make them float at regular height?

Was it intended that vladys shoes look like horse hoofs? I think that looks a bit strange... but it's just my two cents.
