The "Heightlands"

Hey Guys,
Because of full boredom I tried to make a biome.
As result of this tries I made the Biome "Heightlands".
It's a biome , higher than Plains, but not as high as Mountains, with a few little small mountains, more undergrounds and a bit more flat land.

On the name ... wouldn't it be a lot easier to simply call the biome "hills" ? That's what it sounds like

Able to clean up the code sometime (there are some comments in a closed PR IIRC) so we can look at merging it? Just the biome stuff.

We still need to organize biomes better in general, but if this tests out well enough in a dedicated PR it might warrant pulling it in the early state anyway

In Texas, we call this land formation "The Hill Country".
