Archived umm i cant get on game

will someone pls help me it will get onto game and then it will say crash upload file so i upload file and then it just stays black for about 2 hours and then turns off someone pls help!

Hi @poshydoshi - we need more details

1. What did you download?
2. What computer do you have? What kind of hardware and what operating system - Windows? Is it a laptop?
3. Exactly what steps do you take from running the game till you crash? Do you enable any extra modules? Etc
4. The log files you can get manually without the crash reporter if it isn't working for some reason. If you're on Windows the logs will be at C:\Users\[username]\Saved Games\Terasology\logs - zip everything in that directory and attach it here please
