And I think it is not good that we have at least three people who are working on a new lauchner.

If they're working on different launchers, then yeah, bad - if we can get everybody collaborating on the same launcher (if it needs that much effort) then that might be better

Good catch on the Launch4j, looks very promising

I use NetBeans because i hate the GUI Designer in IntelliJ. But i think the GUI can also launched in IntelliJ.
