Ah yes and as a way to keep things organized and cool : dont forget to tell if you intend to work on a specific model, and avoid to pick one that somebody is allready working on of course :)

cat, dog and panda : i know i should take the time to make clean sketches, sorry, hope they are usefull nevertheless. Wolfghard : the body is all right, actually your work is very close to satisfying.

Wolfghard : not ignoring you, just lacking time, and i need more time to comment on your work and give you indications to improve it. Learn to be patient :) Your last deer is not bad but the level of details doesnt fit with our other models. I'll try to find time to make drawings to help you...

RampageMode : really great work with the monkey, i agree the head is right, oversized just fine, as for the the texture : the donkey is actually a request from cervator, and he specified a golden donkey. Dont ask me i dont know. But if you can make the texture golden you might make someone...

    WIP Animals

Wolfghard : i would suggest some vector based texture if you're confortable working with inkscape or such, this way resolution wont be an issue. Focus on the essential : eyes, hoof, ears, one main color for the fur, another for the horns...

RampageMode : Love your cow as i said before, especially the texture. Since we haven't decided anything concerning the texture part, maybe you could provide us with advices and directions?

RampageMode answers to your other questions : Deinitely not realistc, rather minecrat like, but if we can come with a style of our own, all the better. Amount of details : we dont have polycount issues, so as detailed as you like, but keeping things to the very essential will be easier and...

    WIP Animals

a donkey sketch in a less cuboid style : i only made the side view, thinking the front view as simple parallele lines. RampageMode : i think we're heading toward disconnected legs, aso for animation reasons. I'll comment more on recent submissions when i'll have more time, cool to see...

HeadClot i'm not sure if thats the right word, since the shading is up to the coders, but basically something similar to the turtle minion , that is no shadows on the texture, just flat colors.

HeadClot great work, thanks a lot for doing this! Really cool. I'm short of time for modeling but sketches i can provide, and will do more. For textures i was thinking something flat shading / vector graphics as an alternative to the 8 bit pixel art of minecraft. I'm with woodspeople thinking...

    Inactive Facially Expressive Models

Started a first version : Currently there are 3 eyes (open, half closed, closed), 3 eyebrows (up, neutral, frown), and only one neutral mouth. If somebody want to test the p3d , you will need panda 3d player : http://www.panda3d.org/download.php?runtime keys f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m will switch...

    WIP Animals

Hi murtle :D I've toyed with sketchup a little, it seems simple and intuitive, probably a good choice for that kind of cubesque modeling, with blender as an importer/exporter. Idon't know it enough to give tips though. Does it handle animations? I figured something very blocky, here's a...
